Applying Trust to a Secure Message Passing Domain

Abstract:

Technologies developed in the trust research community can be applied to solve real problems. These technologies include multi-dimensional trust and trust model sharing. This paper presents a case study that was performed to demonstrate the application and performance of these trustbased tools. The case study problem domain presents a constraint satisfaction and optimization problem, and we show that multi-dimensional trust can be used to accurately model domain phenomena, maximizing goal achievement.
